Alfredo Rolls

Alfredo Rolls
1/2 jar of Alfredo sauce
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1 c diced, cooked chicken breast (cooked in olive oil and garlic is best!)
1 clove of garlic, minced
1 recipe of French Bread dough

Combine sauce, cheese, chicken, and garlic in a bowl. After punching dough down and letting it rest for five minutes, form into 6 balls. Flatten each ball out to make a circle. Spoon sauce and chicken mixture onto each circle. Bring edges together and pinch to form a seal. Place seam-side down on a greased cookie sheet. Beat 1 egg and brush onto each roll. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese (optional). Let sit while oven preheats to 375, then bake for 15 minutes.
