S'more Stuffed Chocolate Chip Cookies

2 sticks softened butter
1 c packed brown sugar
3/4 c sugar
2 eggs
1 T vanilla
4 c flour
1 t salt
1 1/2 t baking soda
2 c semi-sweet chocolate chips
8 large graham crackers
4 Hershey candy bars
6 large marshmallows cut into thirds
- Preheat oven to 350. Combine butter and sugars until light and fluffy. Add eggs and vanilla.
- Mix flour, salt, and soda in a separate bowl. Slowly add to wet mixture.
- Add chocolate chips.
- Next, I lined up my counter-top with graham crackers, then stacked Hershey bar and marshmallows, and finished of with another graham cracker. (The recipe made giant chocolate chip cookies half of a graham cracker sized s'more inside. I opt for smaller chocolate chip cookies, so I used one fourth of a graham cracker sized s'mores.)
- I scoop out a ball of cookie dough and flatten it in my hands. I then try to mold the cookie dough around each s'more.
- Bake for 11-13 minutes or until edges are golden brown. Let sit on cookie sheet for 5 minutes before removing.
