Potato Soup

Potato Soup
1 can Campbell's Cheddar Cheese Soup
1 can Campbell's Cream of Celery Soup
1 can Campbell's Broccoli and Cheese Soup
1 can Campbell's Cream of Chicken and Garlic Soup
4 cans of milk
5 cups diced potatoes, cooked until tender (I bake the potatoes, then peel and dice)
1/2 c chopped onion sauteed in 1 Tbs butter
1 stick up butter (I only use 1/2 stick)
1 cup diced ham
Combine in crock pot and cook on low for 4 hours, occasionally stirring.
