Bean Dip
Melt 1 8oz package of cream cheese in medium saucepan until creamy.
Add 2 15 oz cans of chili con carne with beans. Stir to blend.
Add 2 cups grated cheese
1/2 to 1 c chopped green onion
Stir until smooth and melted.
Add 1 4oz can diced green chiles
Pour into microwaveable bowl.
Top with 1 c shredded cheese
1 c chopped green onion
Heat in microwave for 4 minutes or until hot.
Serve with Fritos scoops.
