Sylvia's Ribs

Sylvia's Ribs
10 lb baby back ribs
1 bottle ketchup
2 bottles bbq
1 c brown sugar
2 1/2 T Lemon Juice
2 t Worcestershire
1 dash Tabasco
3 T A1
2 garlic cloves, minced

Place ribs in large pot. Cover with water. Boil for 1 hour.
Place all other ingredients in sauce pan and heat for 20 minutes. Place ribs in baking pan. Pur sauce over ribs, cover, and cook for 30 minutes. Remove foil and cook for an additional 30 minutes.

Crockpot Ribs--Place ribs (bone-in or boneless) in crockpot, cover with water. Cook on low for 4-6 hours. Mix the sauce ingredients in a bowl. Discard cooking water and continue to cook ribs in sauce for 2-4 hours. The above picture was done in a crockpot.

Remember, if using boneless, the bones add weight so you don't need as many pounds per batch of sauce.
