My kids made the cookies in the picture all by themselves and they didn't turn out flat as a pancake. I make these when I need a no-fail pretty cookie. (They are a bit more round when I make them.)Chocolate Chip Cookies
1 c Crisco
3/4 c sugar
3/4 c brown sugar
2 eggs
1 t vanilla
2 1/4 c flour
1 t salt
1 t baking soda
1 bag, or 2 c, chocolate chips
Mix Crisco, sugar, brown sugar, eggs, and vanilla in a bowl. Add flour, salt, and soda. Mix well and add chocolate chips. Bake at 350 for 8 minutes.
