Crab Salad
2 lb imitation crabmeat, flake style
2 1/2 c chopped celery (I rarely put this in)
8 T mayo
1 t celery seed
1 pink paprika
2 1/2 T sugar
1/2 T ground black pepper
1 t Old Bay seasoning
2 t dried parsley
3 hard boiled egg whites, diced
In a large bowl, combine everything but paprika. Once mixed well, sprinkle paprika on top and refrigerate until chilled.
